Revit & BIM Capabilities

(Building Information Modelling)

A smarter, fully integrated approach to design. By combining building performance modelling, carbon analysis and BIM/Revit coordination under one roof, we create a single source of truth that informs decisions, avoids clashes and improves delivery.

Our fully integrated digital engineering environment brings building performance modelling (IES VE), whole‑life carbon analysis (OneClick LCA), and full Revit/BIM capability together under one roof, allowing us to develop a single, centralised model that drives every stage of the design process.

This joined‑up approach means energy modelling, building regulations reporting, carbon assessments, MEP engineering and spatial coordination all draw from the same live dataset—eliminating disconnects between disciplines and enabling early, intelligent decision‑making.

By coordinating all mechanical, electrical, public‑health and low‑carbon technologies within a unified 3D model, we identify clashes before they become costly, optimise routes and plant areas, and ensure the preferred strategy is technically deliverable.

The result is a smarter, more predictable design process, with faster iterations, stronger evidence for decisions, and clearer information for planning, procurement and construction teams.

As part of our sustainability and netzero commitments, we contribute to the Climate Action Workforce – a service provided by Ecologi that allows businesses to fund certified carbon reduction and tree-planting projects on behalf of their employees. This helps us to engage our teams in collective environmental impact, supporting global reforestation, habitat restoration, and certified carbon avoidance initiatives. In the past month, we have contributed to: - Agroforestry in Kenya - The provision of fuel-efficient cooking stoves in Uganda - Protection of the Matavén forest in eastern Colombia. Since Mesh joined the Ecologi scheme, we are proud to have supported 85 global projects , each carefully vetted for quality and impact.
