Paragraph 79 Eco Home, Kent

This rural and highly unique eco home was at the early stages of a paragraph 79 application. Requiring exceptional architecture and high eco credentials for this unique family home. Mesh were asked to undertake a pre-planning feasibility report looking at the best energy strategy and a practical wood-based primary heating system based on the Scandinavian hygge principals.

The home will first and foremost be heated using heat recover from an open fire and with the contribution of solar PV and a backup air source heat pump the home will be very low cost to operate.
